SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA
Enjoy complimentary shipping within India when you pay online via debit card, credit card, net banking, or bank transfer.
Shipping may take anywhere between one month to three months, depending on the piece ordered and customization requirements.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Once you enter your complete shipping address at checkout, shipping charges will be automatically calculated.
International shipping may take anywhere between 6 to 8 weeks, depending on the piece ordered, destination, and customs clearance process.
Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import charges applicable in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
ORDER COMMUNICATION
You will receive order-related updates in two stages:
- An order confirmation email once you place the order.
- A shipment email once the order is dispatched from our place to your address. You will be able to track your order through the tracking details shared in the shipment confirmation.
Please ensure someone is available at the given address to receive and sign for the order. Delivery partners may attempt to contact you through call or message regarding delivery. Delivery will be attempted three times before the shipment is returned to our studio. There will be additional charges for further delivery attempts.
Please note that we will be unable to schedule shipping for orders with incomplete addresses or incorrect contact information.
