At Vandana Rao, each garment is crafted with exceptional attention to detail and produced in limited quantities.
Returns and exchanges are not accepted except in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect items received.
To be eligible, requests must be made within 2 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
If you wish to exchange an item for an alternative style, we recommend placing a new order separately. Items that are damaged, worn, altered, or soiled may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer.
Orders containing more than four pieces will be considered bulk orders and will not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Please note that made-to-measure, couture, personalized, and custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please note that our return and exchange policy is subject to these conditions.
